SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped within three (3) days of purchase. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for overseas orders. We will only ship to address provided at checkout unless otherwise confirmed.

LOCAL SHIPPING

Free delivery for orders with sneaker purchases. These will be hand-delivered by us to your doorstep within three (3) days of purchase. We are personally delivering orders because we understand that the products are not cheap and we wish to get them to you safely. Please look out for messages and calls within the next three (3) days of your purchase. 

Orders with only accessories (i.e., Clear Display Shoe Box) will be arranged to be delivered via third-party delivery services. Free delivery is available for accessories-only orders above SGD100. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within five (5) business days, please contact info@ethos-eye.com with your order number. 

Any undelivered orders are subject to cancellation unless otherwise arranged. Please contact info@ethos-eye.com or send a direct message on Instagram if there are any unforeseen circumstances. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via DHL Express. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within five (5) business days, please contact info@ethos-eye.com with your order number. 

Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxies levied by your destination country.

If your destination country is not available upon checkout, please contact info@ethos-eye.com.

RETURNS

All items including all apparel, footwear, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event you were shipped the wrong item or size, please contact us immediately at info@ethos-eye.com.

What is the condition of these apparel?
All apparel listed are brand new. 

Are the apparel authentic?
Yes, they are sourced from official sites, retailers and distributors. 

How can I ensure that it is authentic?
There is a proof of purchase that comes with every apparel. 

Will there be restocks?
Restocks for a particular item will be dependent on the brands’ release.
